Ho vinto la sfida!!!

Non era facile, in particolare per una donna, ma l’obiettivo è stato raggiunto. Anzi direi superato!
Le condizioni del concorso: una mini valigia, concessi non più di 30 lt….per una fuga di 5 giorni in vespa tra Langhe e Costa azzurra!
Tutt’altro che uno scherzo, ma dopo un’attenta riflessione su cosa portare e contro ogni previsione (tutti mi davano per spacciata) mi sono organizzata così: 4 magliette (la quinta addosso), un paio di pantaloncini, una minigonna di jeans, un copricostume, un costume, un pareo, un telo mare, tre cambi, un paio di Birkenstock, una felpa ed un paio di jeans (anche questi già indosso alla partenza), giubbotto di pelle, anti vento e pantaloni anti pioggia. Un beauty dove ho azzerato i liquidi ed ho inserito solo uno shampoo solido ed un fun di lush. Irrinunciabile il burro labbra protezione 50 dell’Erbolario: il rischio herpes ahimè è sempre in agguato.
Preparata la valigia (?!), indossato il casco, si parte con la mitica Vespa 300 Touring. La prima tappa è Barolo, le cui meravigliose vigne sono patrimonio dell’Umanità. Ci fermiamo a degustare un calice di Barolo dell’azienda Camerano e assaporiamo uno squisito brasato al barolo, presso il ristorante Rosso Barolo. È tempo di rimetterci in cammino, la prossima tappa è Limone Piemonte. Purtroppo dopo qualche km siamo costretti a rifugiarci sotto la tettoia di una chiesa sconsacrata a causa di un forte temporale. Dopo due ore, nonostante piovigginasse ancora, siamo montati in sella, con pantalone antipioggia (Decathlon) e ci siamo diretti a Limone Piemonte. Famosa località sciistica, Limone Piemonte merita di essere visitata anche per il suo grazioso centro storico. Molto carino l’albergo dove abbiamo soggiornato: Hotel L’Artisin. Comodo al centro, dall’aspetto prettamente montano, offre camere spaziose e una colazione ricca e buona! Il giorno dopo ci svegliamo di buonora, rimontiamo le sacche sulla vespa e dopo l’attesa di 20 minuti al valico del Col di Tenda, sconfiniamo in Francia, destinazione Antibes.
A metà percorso, all’incirca verso ora di pranzo, passiamo per un meraviglioso paesino di nome Sospel. Il suo romantico Ponte Vecchio e l’atmosfera che si respira ci fanno decidere di fare una pausa e goderci un succulento pranzetto in una brasserie. Sospel mi fa subito venire in mente il film Chocolat ed il fascino del paesino in cui era ambientato. La Côte d’Azur è ad un passo, inizia la discesa. Attraverso Nizza e Juan-les-Pins arriviamo a Golf Juan, dove abbiamo prenotato una stanza presso Le Bleu d’Azur, una bellissima villa ottocentesca, impreziosita da una vasca idromassaggio esterna che si può sfruttare anche di sera dato che l’acqua è calda ad ogni ora. Il simpatico proprietario, oltre a fornirci una mappa per il soggiorno, ci mostra la zona breakfast allestita all’esterno per la bella stagione.
La frizzante atmosfera della costa azzurra e la piacevole accoglienza turistica che riceviamo ci travolgono e ci fanno godere di tre splendide giornate tra Antibes, Cap d’Antibes, Juan-les-Pins e Cannes.
Il ritorno in vespa è tutto d’un fiato fino a Varigotti, dove abbiamo spezzato con un bagno ed un panino presso il mitico Chiosco Free Time di cui siamo assidui frequentatori. Il bilancio di questo bellissimo weekend è certamente positivo e la nostra vespa è stata super promossa!!

I won the challenge!

It was not easy, especially for a woman, but the goal has been reached. I would say pass!
The conditions of the competition: a mini suitcase, granted not more than 30 liters for a getaway …. 5 days in vespa between Langhe and the Cote d’Azur!
Anything but a joke, but after careful reflection on what to bring and against all odds (all gave me up for dead), I organized as follows: 4 T-shirts (on the fifth), a pair of shorts, a denim miniskirt, a cover-up, a bikini, a sarong, a beach towel, three changes, a pair of Birkenstock, a sweatshirt and a pair of jeans (even those already wearing at the start), leather jacket, anti-wind and anti rain pants. A beauty where I cleared the liquid and I added just a solid shampoo and fun of a lush. Indispensable Erbolario lip butter protection 50 the risk “herpes” is always lurking.
Prepared suitcase (?), Wearing a helmet, we start with the legendary Vespa 300 Touring. The first stage is Barolo, whose vineyards are wonderful heritage. We stop to enjoy a glass of Barolo company Camerano and savor a delicious braised in Barolo wine at the restaurant Rosso Barolo. It’s time to get back on the road, the next stop is Limone Piemonte. Unfortunately after a few miles we are forced to take refuge under the shelter of a deconsecrated church because of a severe thunderstorm. After two hours, we mounted the saddle, with rain pants (Decathlon) and we headed to Limone Piemonte. Famous ski resort Limone Piemonte is worth visiting for its charming old town. Very nice hotel where we stayed: Hotel L’artisin. Convenient to downtown, looking purely mountain, offers spacious rooms and a breakfast rich and good! The next day we woke up early, remount the bags on the wasp and after waiting for 20 minutes to pass the Col di Tenda, trespass in France, Antibes destination.
At the halfway point, roughly around lunchtime, we go for a wonderful village called Sospel. His romantic Old bridge and the atmosphere make us decide to take a break and enjoy a succulent lunch in a brasserie. Sospel just makes me come up with the film Chocolat and the charm of the village in which it was set. The Côte d’Azur is one step, it begins the descent. Through Nice and Juan-les-Pins arrive in Golf Juan, where we booked a room at Le Bleu d’Azur, a beautiful nineteenth century villa, with an outdoor hot tub that you can take advantage of the evening as the water is warm at any hour. The friendly owner also shows us the breakfast area set up outside for the summer.
The ambience of the French Riviera and the warm welcome tourist we receive overwhelm us and make us enjoy three wonderful days in Antibes, Cap d’Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and Cannes.
The wasp is back in one breath until Varigotti, where we have broken with a swim in the sea and a sandwich at the legendary Chiosco Free Time that we are regulars. The budget of this beautiful weekend is certainly positive and our super vespa was promoted!!!
