Ricordando Lisbona

Lisbona. Con i suoi coloratissimi azulejos, con le sue imponenti chiese, il suo castello che si staglia in cima al colle, i vicoli stretti dell’Alfama in cui perdersi senza meta, la cordialità della sua gente, le sue salite e le sue discese, le sue ampie piazze, come praca de commercio in cui Rio Tejo e terra si uniscono in un unico e caldo abbraccio. Lisbona. Con la sua squisita cucina: dal buonissimo bacalhau, alle sfrigolanti sardine il cui profumo si sente ad ogni angolo della città e alle sue indimenticabili pasteis de Belem di croccante pasta sfoglia, calda crema pasticciera, spolverate di zucchero a velo e profumata cannella. Lisbona. Con i colori pastello delle sue case, i suoi negozi di artigianato locale e le sue belle vetrine del Chado che tanto invogliano a fare shopping. Lisbona. Con le parole delle poesie di Pessoa ed il malinconico fado che fanno da sottofondo all’atmosfera che si respira. La saudade non è solo dei portoghesi, ma anche di chi si avventura per caso in quest’incantevole città. Lisbona è difficile da lasciare e difficile da dimenticare.
